What Dental Bridge Preparation Can Do For You

A dental bridge is often recommended to replace a missing or damaged tooth. The bridge consists of a metal or composite post which is then attached to adjacent teeth over an orthodontic bridge. Unlike a crown, a dental bridge can be made of all-ceramic, porcelain, or some combination of metal and ceramic. A bridge can be fixed in place or taken out and replaced with the need for tooth restoration.
